We had an absolutely amazing experience with Candyville when bringing home our sweet pup, Winnie. From the very first interaction, we were impressed by the welcoming facility and the knowledgeable, caring staff. It was clear that there was a lot of research and dedication behind the care of their dogs and puppies. The desensitization training and crate training they provide really stood out to us, and we could see the positive results even before we took Winnie home. The day we picked Winnie was one of the most exciting moments for us. Candyville took the time to answer all of our questions, and their ongoing support was invaluable. Katherine was always available to offer advice whenever we needed it, which made the transition even easier. We also appreciated the constant updates on the puppies and their mom, Everly, before and after we brought Winnie home. It was especially exciting to receive the behavioural testing results for each puppy. Knowing that the testing confirmed Winnie’s temperament and suitability for our family gave us peace of mind, and she has been the perfect fit. Winnie has been a joy to train—she's incredibly smart and has met every puppy milestone on time. She’s healthy, happy, and thriving, which is a testament to the care and attention she received from Candyville. Winnie has seamlessly become a part of our family. She’s a playful bundle of energy, especially on our farm, where she loves playing with the cats, chickens, and ducks. Fetch is her favourite game, and cuddling is definitely her preferred activity when she’s ready to wind down. We couldn’t imagine our lives without her, and we look forward to expanding our furry family in the future. When that time comes, we already know that Candyville will be the first place we go.
